Shipping policy

We currently only ship to the United States and its territories.  Shipping times depend on your location, we are located in Parkersburg, Iowa so if you live the next town over you will get your order sooner than someone in California.  USPS quotes, but doesn't guarantee, First Class shipping times are 3-8 business days for domestic delivering. 

Orders are processed and shipped in 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Successfully placed orders will receive an order confirmation with the order details.  If you don't receive a confirmation email check your spam folder.

If you need assistance with your order please email us immediately at egloffkatie@gmail.com.  We will not be able to make any changes to your order after it has been shipped.  Please see our return and exchange policy.

Please review the accuracy of your shipping information.  Review name and address has been entered in correctly.  We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the shipping address you have provided.  If an order is return due to an inaccurate address we will refund your purchase, minus shipping, and request you re-place your order.
